Chi Tao. CT for short.
I'm a software engineer in Singapore, and I like building small, private software — tools that do their job, respect your data, and get out of the way.
Right now that's ZapYap, a security-first AI assistant and password manager, and LeapCount, which handles the boring-but-vital admin for freelancers and small teams.
There's also Note67, meeting notes that never leave your device, and SnapToWindow, macOS window snapping done entirely from the keyboard. Between releases I ship developer utilities and odd little experiments — most of them live somewhere on this site.
The desk, the laptop, the editor, the games — everything behind all of that is on the uses page.
Off the keyboard: games, instant noodles taken more seriously than necessary, and the occasional trip — usually somewhere with mountains, giant robots, or good food. Proof below.
